If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it promptly.

The fastest way to get another item is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can reorder the desired item separately.
In accordance with European law, you have the right to a 30-day cancellation period without giving any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 5 working days.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are being processed or shipped. This is to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
