Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Include all original tags
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Sustainable Returns

We give returned items a second life through our partnership with GiveBackBox, where eligible items may be donated to charitable organizations.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions

  • Sale items are non-refundable
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first.
Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Right of Withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days.
We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Must include original tags and packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
