This page applies to the Rafello&Co SMS service operated by IRONVALE COMMERCE LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It supplements our general privacy policy.
When you subscribe to SMS, we process your phone number, subscription and consent records, and interactions with our messages to provide and manage the SMS service. With your SMS marketing consent, we may send news, offers and reminders about items you added to your cart or a checkout you did not complete. Providing a phone number for delivery or customer support does not itself subscribe you to SMS marketing.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including integrations with Shopify and Klaviyo, to record browsing, cart and checkout activity. This information helps us identify abandoned carts and determine when to send SMS reminders to people who have subscribed to those messages.
We do not sell SMS opt-in information or share SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may provide phone numbers, consent records and related messaging information to service providers that help operate this SMS service, including Klaviyo, messaging platforms and telecommunications carriers. Other processing, retention, international transfers and your privacy rights are described in our general privacy policy.
You can withdraw SMS consent using the unsubscribe link in a message or, where replies are supported, by replying STOP. Contact contact@rafelloandco.com for support. Customers in the Netherlands or Belgium can contact Klantenservice@rafelloandco.com.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring Rafello&Co marketing texts at the mobile number you provide, including news, offers and cart or checkout reminders, which may be sent automatically. Subscription is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing anything. Where confirmation is requested, complete that confirmation to subscribe. Email and SMS subscriptions are separate.
Message frequency varies. Rafello&Co does not charge a subscription fee; your mobile carrier's message and data charges may apply. Availability depends on the country, mobile number and carrier. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Do not provide another person's phone number, and let us know if your number changes.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages or, where replies are supported, by replying STOP. Where supported, reply HELP for assistance. Branded sender IDs, including the Dutch RafelloCo sender, do not accept replies: use the unsubscribe link or contact support instead. Unsubscribing from marketing does not change your order or email subscription. Order-related texts are separate and depend on the consent and service available for that message.

We verkopen SMS-inschrijvingsgegevens niet en delen SMS-toestemming niet met derden voor hun eigen marketing. We kunnen telefoonnummers, toestemmingsgegevens en bijbehorende berichtgegevens delen met dienstverleners die deze SMS-dienst verzorgen, zoals Klaviyo, berichtenplatforms en telecomproviders. Voor overige verwerking, bewaartermijnen, internationale doorgifte en je privacyrechten geldt ons algemene privacybeleid.

Door je aan te melden, geef je toestemming voor terugkerende marketing-SMS van Rafello&Co op het mobiele nummer dat je opgeeft, zoals nieuws, aanbiedingen en herinneringen aan je winkelwagen of checkout. Berichten kunnen automatisch worden verzonden. Aanmelden is vrijwillig en geen voorwaarde voor aankoop. Als om bevestiging wordt gevraagd, rond je die bevestiging af om je aan te melden. E-mail en SMS zijn afzonderlijke inschrijvingen.
De berichtfrequentie varieert. Rafello&Co rekent geen abonnementskosten; je mobiele provider kan kosten voor berichten en data rekenen. Beschikbaarheid hangt af van land, mobiel nummer en provider. Berichten kunnen vertraagd worden of niet aankomen. Geef geen nummer van iemand anders op en laat het ons weten als je nummer verandert.
Afmelden kan op elk moment via de afmeldlink in onze berichten. De Nederlandse afzendernaam RafelloCo ondersteunt geen antwoorden: antwoorden met STOP of HELP werkt daar niet. Gebruik de afmeldlink of neem contact op met de klantenservice. Waar antwoorden wel worden ondersteund, kun je STOP sturen om je af te melden of HELP voor hulp. Afmelden voor marketing wijzigt je bestelling of e-mailinschrijving niet. Berichten over bestellingen staan hiervan los en hangen af van de toestemming en beschikbare dienst voor dat bericht.
