Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

– Be in original condition
– Be unworn and unused
– Include all original tags
– Be in the original packaging
– Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions

– Sale items are not eligible for return
– Gift cards are non-refundable


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the current item.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.


Right of Withdrawal (EU – 30 Days)

In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped, to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
